Either way, Atlantic Avenue is exactly 8 blocks, about a 10-minute walk. The home is 2 blocks from the Intracoastal Waterway, and it’s just a 5 minute drive to both the “main” beach at Atlantic Ave. and the quieter, more natural beach at Atlantic Dunes Park (We actually prefer the latter!)
